Think Family Partnership Mentors

6th December 2016

Think Family Partnership Mentors work alongside and directly assist Lead Professionals from education, health, social care and voluntary agencies to develop and deliver effective early help using a ‘think family’ model to children, young people and their families who are experiencing a range of multiple and complex needs.
Mentors can provide staff training and individual mentoring for staff in school that are likely to be involved in the Team around the Family process or are the Lead Professional for a vulnerable pupil(s).
